Before you can start buying, you need to be a registered user with Booksticks. This will automatically entitle you to sell your own books as well.

1. Get a Booksticks member number.

We need your details because we want to make Booksticks a safe place to buy and sell without fraud. When making a purchase, you need to quote your member number. Please e-mail the following to booksticks@gmail.com and you will receive a member number within 2 working days.

• Real name
• Address - this is where your book will be delivered to
• An e-mail address that you check frequently (this is important because all correspondence will be made via e-mail)
• A contactable phone number
• A scanned copy of your NRIC (this is for verification purposes to protect our sellers and buyers from fraud. Please rest assured that your information is kept safe and confidential)
• Paypal account details (Booksticks only uses Paypal for its safe and reliable transactions. If you do not have one, you can create an account for free at Paypal.com)

With your new member number, you can now browse and buy at ease! All prices are in SINGAPORE DOLLARS and INCLUDE regular postage fee.

Please note:

Booksticks will not be responsible for any loss/undelivered books. We encourage our sellers and buyers to pay for registered mail as a secure option, but it is an individual’s choice to do so. Sellers have to state in their listing if the fee for registered mail is included. Buyers have the option of paying extra for the mail to be registered if the seller does not list it as so.
